Packaging extrusion laminating is a process that applies a molten plastic layer (such as PE, PP, or EVA) onto substrates like paper, plastic films (BOPP, PET, CPP), aluminum foil, or nonwoven fabric. The laminated structure provides strong bonding, excellent barrier properties, and improved sealing performance.

Extuder

Laiyi patented screw, with characteristics of high revolving speed, high shear, high mixing, wear-resistant and energy-saving, can ensure the temperature difference between die lips and the polymer coming out of the die less than 30°C, which will greatly enhance the peeling strength.

The inner surface of the barrel and the surface ofthe screw are centrifugallycast with alloy, which has the characteristics of anti-corrosion and wearresistance, lts service time is usually three times of the ordinary screw.

Laminator

Laminating unit consists of chill roll, silicone rubber covered pressure roll,back roll, edge trimming device, wheelwork device, pneumatic device,etc.The rolls are equipped with quick-disassembly gauge to save time forroll-changing and prevent chilling water from causing a mess at site.

Unwinding
